“Tell me, what is it you plan to do. With your one wild and precious life?”

This was a line that my professor presented to my environment class today. Mary Oliver had just passed away a couple days ago and this was a line presented from her poem ‘The Summer Day’. This line inspired me to write this first journal entry for my website. So I’d like to start by saying welcome! I am so glad you have found your way here. I hope you enjoy the content I post and maybe even find some inspiration to work hard, chase your dreams and live a fulfilling life. “Tell me, what is it you plan to do. With your one wild and precious life?”. Last year I was fortunate enough to travel around the world to not only stand up paddle and surf, but to represent myself and my beautiful country. I learned so much through my travels about myself, the world, and all of the wonderful people who surround me. I will forever be grateful for all of these experiences, and I am so glad that I finally have a professional place to share them. So may you read my articles, laugh at my pictures and enjoy every moment along the way! If I’ve left one person inspired then I have done what I have set out to do.
